Two New Class Offerings Starting May 2022!
Our mission and passion at Communities for Life is to create a sustainable future for the citizens of Manchay, Peru, by providing them with access to skills and resources. Once these people have knowledge and expertise, they can more adequately provide for themselves and their families. Our goal is to train, equip, and empower individuals toward developing a sustainable life and community.
We are thrilled to announce that we are adding two new classes in addition to the gardening and baking classes! The Construction and Drywall and Electrical Installation courses will begin in the Life Resource Center later this month. The courses will be offered to young men and women from 18 to 25 years of age and will include a hands-on practicum. At the end of the classes, these young people will have in-demand skills that will help them build and improve their communities and economic standings.
