Join us this #GivingTuesday to expand the reach of C4L

This #GivingTuesday, we are thrilled to share an exciting opportunity for C4L to expand and deepen its impact in Manchay, Peru. Your partnership is essential as we take bold steps forward to serve communities in need. Here are two impactful projects that need your support:

1. Exploring a second training center

We are excited to share that we have begun investigating the viability of establishing a second Life Resource Center. We have an overwhelming number of individuals taking our training courses, and expanding would allow more people to learn trades that can help them build sustainable futures. A second center will involve conducting reliable research and developing a strategic plan to ensure success.

  • Estimated cost: $10,000 USD

Your contributions will help us assess the best locations and strategies to maximize the impact of this new training center, ensuring it meets the needs of the community it serves.

2. Launching a nutrition training program in Manchay

Our team in Peru is eager to launch a nutrition training program at the existing Life Resource Center in Manchay. This program aims to:

  • • Research and develop a culturally relevant cooking course.
  • • Create a cookbook to teach impoverished families how to prepare the most nutritious meals using locally available, inexpensive produce.
  • Estimated Cost: $7,500-$10,000 USD for the first year.

This initiative will empower families with practical skills and knowledge to improve their health and well-being.
